Slow down. Awaken your senses.

The forest is calling…

Experience a forest therapy walk.

Many people feel stressed and out of balance. Forest therapy is an evidence-based process, often prescribed by doctors, that helps you slow your pace, open your senses to the present moment, and breathe in the health-boosting compounds given off by trees and plants.

A 2 to 2 ½ -hour forest therapy walk — also called forest bathing — allows you to “soak” in the forest atmosphere, shift your perspective, and boost personal wellness.

Improve your health

The Cleveland Clinic, Psychology Today and Blue Zones have written about the health benefits of forest bathing, which include:

  • Lowered stress, heart rate and blood pressure

  • Improved mood and cognition

  • Increased production of natural killer cells
